For over 20 years I poured my heart into the beauty industry as a hairstylist, helping women feel confident in their own skin. But everything shifted the day my 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Suddenly, the products, routines, and lifestyle choices I had never thought twice about took on a whole new meaning. I began digging deep into clean living, searching for safer alternatives, and discovering just how much what we put in and on our bodies impacts our overall health. That season changed me forever - it ignited a passion to live differently, not just for my daughter, but for myself and the women I serve today.

Now, as a health coach and business owner, I’ve turned that personal journey into a mission: helping women simplify wellness and create lives that feel both healthy and fulfilling. I believe we’re not meant to settle for burnout, toxic products, or lifestyles that drain us. Instead we can choose to support and create aligned businesses, use clean nutrition to nourish our families, and make mindful product swaps that support health from the inside out.
